And God created man in His image; in the image of God He created him. He created them male and female.

And Jehovah God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept. And He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh underneath. And Jehovah God made the rib (which He had taken from the man) into a woman. And He brought her to the man.

Likewise, husbands, live together according to knowledge, giving honor to the wife as to the weaker vessel, the female, as truly being co-heirs together of the grace of life, not cutting off your prayers.

But I would have you know that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as is becoming in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and do not be bitter against them.

Therefore what God has joined together, let not man put apart.

But, because of the fornications, let each have his own wife, and let each have her own husband. Let the husband give to the wife proper kindness, and likewise the wife also to the husband. Now concerning what you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

If any man takes a wife and goes in to her, and hates her, and makes shameful charges against her, and brings up an evil name on her, and says, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I did not find in her the tokens of virginity, then shall the father of the girl, and her mother, take and bring tokens of the girl's virginity to the elders of the city in the gate.read more.
And the girl's father shall say to the elders, I gave my daughter to this man to wife, and he hates her. And, lo, he has made shameful charges against her, saying, I have not found in your daughter the tokens of virginity. And yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. But if this thing is true and tokens of virginity are not found for the girl, then they shall bring the girl out to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones so that she dies, because she has done foolishness in Israel to play the harlot in her father's house. So you shall put evil away from among you.

Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves.

You shall not prostitute your daughter, to cause her to be a whore, lest the land go whoring, and the land become full of wickedness.

For this cause, God gave them up to dishonorable affections. For even their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature. And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another; males with males working out shamefulness, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was fitting for their error.

But before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, surrounded the house, both old and young, all the people from every quarter. And they called to Lot, and said to him, Where are the men which came in to you this night? Bring them out to us, that we may know them. You shall not lie with mankind as with womankind. It is abomination to God.

Anyone lying with an animal shall surely be put to death.

But the fearful, and the unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, will have their part in the Lake burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

But outside are the dogs, and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and everyone who loves and makes a lie.

And such were some of you. But you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in Heaven.
