Go ye therefore and instruct all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son,

And He said unto them, Go to all the world and preach the gospel to every one: he that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved; but he that believeth not, shall be condemned.

But ye shall receive power from the holy Spirit coming upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth.

for the promise is to you and to your children, yea and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

They therefore that received his word with readiness were baptized: and in that same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

And Philip coming to the city of Samaria, preached Christ unto them.

But as they believed Philip, preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women;

And an angel of the Lord spake to Philip, saying, Arise and go southward to the way that leads down from Jerusalem to Gaza, which is desert. And he arose and went; and behold a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, and her high-treasurer, who had come to Jerusalem to worship, was returning, and as he sat in his chariot, was reading the prophet Esaias:read more.
and the Spirit said to Philip, Go near and join thyself to this chariot. And Philip running up to him, heard him reading the prophet Esaias, and said, Dost thou understand what thou readest? And he said, How can I, unless some one guide me? and he desired Philip to come up and sit with him. And the portion of scripture, which he was reading, was this, "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter, and as a lamb before it's shearer is dumb, so He opened not his mouth:

And as they went on their way, they came to a certain water: and the eunuch said, See here is water, what hindereth me from being baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And he ordered the chariot to stop: and they both went down to the water, Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.read more.
And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, and the eunuch saw him no more: but went on his way rejoicing.

Then Peter opened his mouth and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: but in every nation he that feareth Him, and worketh righteousness, is acceptable to Him. Ye know the report that was spread through all Judea, having begun from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached: concerning Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the holy Spirit and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed by the devil: for God was with Him. And we are witnesses of all things that He did, both in the country of Judea, and in the city of Jerusalem: whom notwithstanding they put to death, hanging Him on a tree. Him God raised up the third day, and gave Him to be seen openly; not to all the people, but to witnesses before appointed by God, even to us, who did eat and drink with Him, after He rose from the dead. And He commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is He who is appointed by God to be judge of the living and of the dead. To Him do all the prophets bear witness, that whosoever believeth on Him shall receive the forgiveness of their sins through his name. While Peter was yet speaking these words, the holy Spirit fell upon all them that heard the word. And those of the circumcision that were believers, who came with Peter, were astonished, that the gift of the holy Spirit was conferred upon the Gentiles also: for they heard them speaking in divers languages, and glorifying God. Then said Peter, Can any one forbid water, that these persons should not be baptized, who have received the holy Spirit, as well as we? And he ordered them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. And they desired him to stay there some days.

For there is no difference of Jew and Greek: for He being Lord of all is bountiful to all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. But how shall they call upon him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe on him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?read more.
