And the third day in the morning there was thunder, and lightning and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the horn waxed exceeding loud, and all the people that was in the host was afraid.

Behold, I show a mystery unto you: we shall not all sleep: but we shall all be changed, and that in a moment, and in the twinkling of an eye, at the sound of the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall blow, and the dead shall rise incorruptible: And we shall be changed.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, and the voice of the archangel, and trump of God. And the dead in Christ shall arise first: then shall we which live and remain, be caught up with them also in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so shall we ever be with the Lord.

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead; that they should be judged and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets and saints, and to them that fear thy name, small and great, and shouldest destroy them, which destroy the earth." And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen, in his temple, the ark of his testament: and there followed lightnings, and voices, and thunderings and earthquake, and much hail.
