Jesus replied, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

For John indeed baptised with water; but ye shall be baptised with the Holy Ghost not many days after the present.

SO when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with unanimity assembled together. And there came suddenly from heaven a sound as it were of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them power to express themselves.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptised every one of you into the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Can any one forbid the water for baptising these persons, who have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
