(12:18) and he stood upon the sand of the sea. (13:1) And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet as of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion; and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority;

and I saw one of his heads, as if smitten to death. And his death-stroke was healed; and all the earth wondered after the beast.

And there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and authority was given him to work forty-two months. And he opened his mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name, and His Tabernacle, even those dwelling in Heaven.

Here is the mind that has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sits. And there are seven kings; the five fell, and the one is, the other did not yet come. And, when he comes, he must remain a little time. And the beast that was, and is not, even he is an eighth, and is of the seven, and goes into perdition.read more.
And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, who, indeed, received no kingdom as yet; but they receive authority as kings, one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and they give their power and authority to the beast.
