And, in the fourth watch of the night, He came to them, walking on the sea. And the disciples, seeing Him walking on the sea, were troubled, saying, "It is a ghost!" And they cried out for fear.

Having rowed, therefore, about twenty-five or thirty furlongs, they behold Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing near to the boat; and they were afraid.

And Peter, answering Him, said, "Lord, if it be Thou, bid me come to Thee on the water."

And He said, "Come." And, going down from the boat, Peter walked upon the water, and came to Jesus.
