Deuteronomy 25:13-16

You shall not have in your bag true and false weights, a large and a small. You shall not have in your house true and false measures, a large and a small. Ezekiel 45:9-10

Thus says the Lord God: That is enough for you, O princes of Israel! Amos 8:4-6

Hear this, O you who would swallow up and trample down the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail and come to an end, Saying, When will the New Moon festival be past that we may sell grain? Diverse weights [one for buying and another for selling] and diverse measures -- "both of them are exceedingly offensive and abhorrent to the Lord.

Diverse and deceitful weights are shamefully vile and abhorrent to the Lord, and false scales are not good.
