9 Bible Verses about Wise Men In The Church

Look! I am sending you prophets, wise men, and scribes. Some of them you will torture and kill. Others you will torment and persecute from city to city.

Therefore brothers select seven men who have a good reputation. Men who are full of spirit and wisdom that we may appoint to take care of this business.

They were not able to resist the wisdom and the spirit by which he spoke.

Consider your calling, brothers. Not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called.
