And He spake a parable to them, to the end that they ought always to pray, and not to faint;

For consider Him Who hath endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye become weary, fainting in your souls.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or perils or sword? As it has been written, "For Thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter." Be ready to rejoice with those who rejoice; to weep with those who weep;

A religion, pure and undefiled with our God and Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their tribulation, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
