'Acted' in the Bible
Let the proud be ashamed; for they have acted perversely towards me with falsehood: as for me, I meditate in thy precepts.
Above all my teachers I have acted wisely. For Thy testimonies are my meditation.
I have acted with justice and righteousness; do not abandon me to my oppressors.
And I have also seen the wicked buried and going away; and such as had acted rightly went from the holy place, and were forgotten in the city. This also is vanity.
For Jerusalem has stumbledand Judah has fallenbecause they have spoken and acted against the Lord,defying His glorious presence.
"Sing praises to the LORD, because he has acted gloriously, being made known in all the world.
The princes of Zoan have acted foolishly,The princes of Memphis are deluded;Those who are the cornerstone of her tribesHave led Egypt astray.
What can I say? He has decreed and acted. I will walk slowly all my years because I am overcome with grief.

For the shepherds have become brutish, And Jehovah they have not sought, Therefore they have not acted wisely, And all their flock is scattered.
My inheritance has acted toward Melike a lion in the forest.She has roared against Me.Therefore, I hate her.

I will make the land desolate because they have acted unfaithfully.” This is the declaration of the Lord God.

“Oholah acted like a prostitute even though she was Mine. She lusted after her lovers, the Assyrians: warriors
Yet she multiplied her acts of promiscuity, remembering the days of her youth when she acted like a prostitute in the land of Egypt
These things will be done to you because you acted like a prostitute with the nations, defiling yourself with their idols.
So I spoke to the people in the morning, and my wife died in the evening. In the morning I acted just as I was commanded.
This is what the Lord God says: “Because Edom acted vengefully against the house of Judah and incurred grievous guilt by taking revenge on them,

Lately my people have acted like an enemy you strip travelers who thought they were as secure as those who return from war.
"Because you have acted like a wanton prostitute -- a seductive mistress who practices sorcery, who enslaves nations by her harlotry, and entices peoples by her sorcery --
Seek the Lord [search diligently for Him and regard Him as the foremost necessity of your life],All you humble of the landWho have practiced His ordinances and have kept His commandments;Seek righteousness, seek humility [regard them as vital].Perhaps you will be hidden [and pardoned and rescued]In the day of the Lord’s anger.
This is what they get for their pride,because they have taunted and acted arrogantlyagainst the people of the Lord of Hosts.
But my words and my statutes that I gave as commands to my servants the prophets did they not overwhelm your ancestors? And they returned to me: "The LORD of the Heavenly Armies acted toward us just as he planned to do in keeping with our lifestyles and in keeping with our actions.'"
Judah has acted treacherously, and a detestable thing has been done in Israel and in Jerusalem. For Judah has profaned the Lord’s sanctuary, which He loves, and has married the daughter of a foreign god.
