'Arrived' in the Bible

When the servants reported these terms to David, he was pleased to become the king’s son-in-law. Before the wedding day arrived,

When the messengers arrived, to their surprise, the household idol was on the bed with some goat hair on its head.

Then Saul himself went to Ramah, and he arrived at the large well that is in Secu. He asked, "Where are Samuel and David?"

So Hazael went to visit Elisha. He took along a gift, as well as forty camel loads of all the fine things of Damascus. When he arrived, he stood before him and said, "Your son, King Ben Hadad of Syria, has sent me to you with this question, 'Will I recover from this sickness?'"

When he arrived, the army commanders were sitting there, so he said, “I have a message for you, commander.”Jehu asked, “For which one of us?”He answered, “For you, commander.”

Uriah the priest built an altar in conformity to the plans King Ahaz had sent from Damascus. Uriah the priest finished it before King Ahaz arrived back from Damascus.

When the king arrived back from Damascus and saw the altar, he approached it and offered a sacrifice on it.

The king of Assyria sent his commanding general, the chief eunuch, and the chief adviser from Lachish to King Hezekiah in Jerusalem, along with a large army. They went up and arrived at Jerusalem. All these warriors arrived in battle order at Hebron, fully intending to establish David as king over all Israel. Furthermore, all of the rest of Israel were united in their intent to make David king.

They hired 32,000 chariots, along with the king of Maacah and his army, who arrived and encamped at Medeba. The Ammonites also were mustered and came out to battle from their home cities.

As soon as all of Israel's elders had arrived, the descendants of Levi lifted the ark
