'Cow' in the Bible

A cow, or sheep it and its young shall ye not slaughter in one day.

But the firstborn of a cow, or the firstborn of a sheep, or the firstborn of a goat, thou shalt not ransom: they are holy. Thou shalt sprinkle their blood on the altar, and their fat shalt thou burn as an offering by fire for a sweet odour to Jehovah.

Their bull gendereth, and faileth not; their cow calveth, and casteth not her calf.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that a man shall nourish a young cow and two sheep,

And the cow and the she-bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
