'Days' in the Bible
“But in those days, after that tribulation:The sun will be darkened,and the moon will not shed its light;
After two days it was the Passover and the Festival of Unleavened Bread. The chief priests and the scribes were looking for a treacherous way to arrest and kill Him.
“We heard Him say, ‘I will demolish this sanctuary made by human hands, and in three days I will build another not made by hands.’”
Those who passed by were yelling insults at Him, shaking their heads, and saying, “Ha! The One who would demolish the sanctuary and build it in three days,
In the days of King Herod of Judea, there was a priest of Abijah’s division named Zechariah. His wife was from the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elizabeth.
When the days of his ministry were completed, he went back home.
After these days his wife Elizabeth conceived and kept herself in seclusion for five months. She said,
“The Lord has done this for me. He has looked with favor in these days to take away my disgrace among the people.”
In those days Mary set out and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judah
in holiness and righteousnessin His presence all our days.
In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that the whole empire should be registered.
When the eight days were completed for His circumcision, He was named Jesus—the name given by the angel before He was conceived.

During those days He went out to the mountain to pray and spent all night in prayer to God.
About eight days after these words, He took along Peter, John, and James and went up on the mountain to pray.
After the voice had spoken, only Jesus was found. They kept silent, and in those days told no one what they had seen.
When the days were coming to a close for Him to be taken up, He determined to journey to Jerusalem.
But the leader of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus had healed on the Sabbath, responded by telling the crowd, “There are six days when work should be done; therefore come on those days and be healed and not on the Sabbath day.”
Not many days later, the younger son gathered together all he had and traveled to a distant country, where he squandered his estate in foolish living.
Then He told the disciples: “The days are coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you won’t see it.
“Just as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the days of the Son of Man:
It will be the same as it was in the days of Lot: People went on eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building.
For the days will come on you when your enemies will build an embankment against you, surround you, and hem you in on every side.
“These things that you see—the days will come when not one stone will be left on another that will not be thrown down!”
because these are days of vengeance to fulfill all the things that are written.
Woe to pregnant women and nursing mothers in those days, for there will be great distress in the land and wrath against this people.
Finding that He was under Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent Him to Herod, who was also in Jerusalem during those days.
Look, the days are coming when they will say, ‘The women without children, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed, are fortunate!’
The one named Cleopas answered Him, “Are You the only visitor in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things that happened there in these days?”
After this, He went down to Capernaum, together with His mother, His brothers, and His disciples, and they stayed there only a few days.
Jesus answered, “Destroy this sanctuary, and I will raise it up in three days.”
Therefore the Jews said, “This sanctuary took 46 years to build, and will You raise it up in three days?”
Therefore, when the Samaritans came to Him, they asked Him to stay with them, and He stayed there two days.
So when He heard that he was sick, He stayed two more days in the place where He was.
When Jesus arrived, He found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb four days.
“Remove the stone,” Jesus said.Martha, the dead man’s sister, told Him, “Lord, he’s already decaying. It’s been four days.”
Six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany where Lazarus was, the one Jesus had raised from the dead.
After eight days His disciples were indoors again, and Thomas was with them. Even though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them. He said, “Peace to you!”
After He had suffered, He also presented Himself alive to them by many convincing proofs, appearing to them during 40 days and speaking about the kingdom of God.
for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
During these days Peter stood up among the brothers—the number of people who were together was about 120—and said:
And it will be in the last days, says God,that I will pour out My Spirit on all humanity;then your sons and your daughters will prophesy,your young men will see visions,and your old men will dream dreams.
I will even pour out My Spiriton My male and female slaves in those days,and they will prophesy.
“In addition, all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those after him, have also announced these days.
After this man, Judas the Galilean rose up in the days of the census and attracted a following. That man also perished, and all his partisans were scattered.
In those days, as the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint by the Hellenistic Jews against the Hebraic Jews that their widows were being overlooked in the daily distribution.
They even made a calf in those days, offered sacrifice to the idol, and were celebrating what their hands had made.
Our ancestors in turn received it and with Joshua brought it in when they dispossessed the nations that God drove out before our fathers, until the days of David.

After there had been much debate, Peter stood up and said to them: “Brothers, you are aware that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles would hear the gospel message and believe.
and from there to Philippi, a Roman colony, which is a leading city of that district of Macedonia. We stayed in that city for a number of days.
And she did this for many days.But Paul was greatly aggravated and turning to the spirit, said, “I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!” And it came out right away.
As usual, Paul went to the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days reasoned with them from the Scriptures,
So Paul, having stayed on for many days, said good-bye to the brothers and sailed away to Syria. Priscilla and Aquila were with him. He shaved his head at Cenchreae because he had taken a vow.

So we found some disciples and stayed there seven days. Through the Spirit they told Paul not to go to Jerusalem.

After five days Ananias the high priest came down with some elders and a lawyer named Tertullus. These men presented their case against Paul to the governor.

You observe special days, months, seasons, and years.
for the administration of the days of fulfillment—to bring everything together in the Messiah, both things in heaven and things on earth in Him.
making the most of the time, because the days are evil.
And you Philippians know that in the early days of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving except you alone.
But know this: Difficult times will come in the last days.
In these last days, He has spoken to us by His Son. God has appointed Him heir of all things and made the universe through Him.
without father, mother, or genealogy,having neither beginning of days nor end of life,but resembling the Son of God—remains a priest forever.
But finding fault with His people, He says:Look, the days are coming, says the Lord,when I will make a new covenantwith the house of Israeland with the house of Judah—
