'Dwell' in the Bible

God will extend Japheth;he will dwell in the tents of Shem;Canaan will be his slave.

“They are to make a sanctuary for Me so that I may dwell among them.

I will dwell among the Israelites and be their God.

And they will know that I am Yahweh their God, who brought them out of the land of Egypt, so that I might dwell among them. I am Yahweh their God.

They found written in the law how the Lord had commanded through Moses that the Israelites should dwell in booths during the festival of the seventh month.

And what agreement does God’s sanctuary have with idols? For we are the sanctuary of the living God, as God said:I will dwell among themand walk among them,and I will be their God,and they will be My people.

and that the Messiah may dwell in your hearts through faith. I pray that you, being rooted and firmly established in love,

Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any moral excellence and if there is any praise—dwell on these things.

For God was pleased to haveall His fullness dwell in Him,

Let the message about the Messiah dwell richly among you, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, and singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, with gratitude in your hearts to God.

But based on His promise, we wait for the new heavens and a new earth, where righteousness will dwell.
