'Good news' in the Bible

And, every day in the temple, and at home, they ceased not to be teaching, and telling the good news as to the Anointed Jesus.

They, indeed, therefore, who were scattered abroad, passed through, telling the good-news of the word;

But, when they believed Philip telling the good news concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they proceeded to be immersed, both men and women.

We, therefore, unto you, bring the good news, as to the promise which, unto our fathers, was made, -

and saying - Men! Why, these things, are ye doing? We also, of like nature with you, are men, bringing you the good news, that from these vain things, ye should be turning unto a living God: - Who made heaven and the earth and the sea and all things therein;

Delivering the good news unto that city also, and making a good number of disciples, they returned unto Lystra, and unto Iconium, and unto Antioch, -

But, for no cause whatever, am I making my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I have received from the Lord Jesus, to bear full witness as to the good news of the favour of God.
