'Good news' in the Bible

The beginning of the good news of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

And after John was delivered up, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God,

And saying, That the time has been completed, and the kingdom of God has drawn near: repent ye, and believe in the good news.

For whoever wills to save his life shall lose it; and whoever should lose his life for my sake and the good news, the same shall save it.

And Jesus having answered, said, Truly I say to you, There is none who has left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or fields, for sake of me, and the good news,

And the good news must first be proclaimed to all nations.

Truly I say to you, Wherever this good news be proclaimed in the whole world, also what she has done shall be spoken for a memorial of her.

And he said to them, Having gone into all the world proclaim the good news to all creation.
