'Hear' in the Bible

Hear my prayer, LORD; attend to my prayer of supplication.

My eyes gloated over those who lie in wait for me; when those of evil intent attack me, my ears will hear.

The one who formed the ear can hear, can he not? The one who made the eyes can see, can he not?

They have ears, but cannot hear; they have noses, but cannot smell.

Hear my voice according to your gracious love. LORD, revive me in keeping with your justice.
