'Inhabit' in the Bible

Then justice will inhabit the wilderness,and righteousness will dwell in the orchard.

He high places doth inhabit, Strongholds of rock are his high tower, His bread hath been given, his waters stedfast.

Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad [in Aram]? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim? And when have they rescued Samaria from my hand?
