'Insults' in the Bible

For Moses said, 'Honor your father and your mother,' and, 'Whoever insults his father or mother must be put to death.'

Again he sent them another servant, and they [threw stones and] wounded him in the head, and treated him disgracefully.

Those who passed by were yelling insults at Him, shaking their heads, and saying, “Ha! The One who would demolish the sanctuary and build it in three days,

This Christ, the King of Israel, let him come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe." Even the men who were being crucified with Him heaped insults on Him.
