'Judged' in the Bible
Just as I judged your ancestors in the wilderness in the land of Egypt, so I'll judge you," declares the LORD.
"You are to say, "This is what the Lord GOD says: "The city keeps on shedding blood within her, hastening her time to be judged. She crafts idols that defile her.
And they have come in against thee, With arms, rider, and wheel, And with an assembly of peoples; Target, and shield, and helmet, They do set against thee round about, And I have set before them judgment, They have judged thee in their Judgments.
But righteous men will judge them the way adulteresses and those who shed blood are judged, for they are adulteresses and blood is on their hands.
I, Jehovah, hath spoken, It hath come, and I have done it, I do not free, nor do I spare, nor do I repent, According to thy ways, and according to thine acts, they have judged thee, An affirmation of the Lord Jehovah.'
For I will send into her pestilence, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
I gave it over to the leader of the nations. He has judged it thoroughly, as its sinfulness deserves. I have thrown it out.
Therefore, thus said the Lord Jehovah to them: Lo, I -- even I, have judged between fat sheep and lean sheep.
And I have given safety to My flock, And they are not any more for prey, And I have judged between sheep and sheep.
Therefore, as I live, saith the Lord GOD, I will even do according to thine anger, and according to thine envy which thou hast used out of thy hatred against them; and I will make myself known among them, when I have judged thee.
And I scattered them among the heathen, and they were dispersed through the countries: according to their way and according to their doings I judged them.
And I have been judged with him, With pestilence and with blood, And an overflowing rain and hailstones, Fire and brimstone I rain on him, and on his bands, And on many peoples who are with him.
And he hath confirmed his words, which he spake against us, and against our judges that judged us, by bringing upon us a great evil: for under the whole heaven hath not been done as hath been done upon Jerusalem.
Give ear to this, O priests; give attention, O Israel, and you, family of the king; for you are to be judged; you have been a deceit at Mizpah and a net stretched out on Tabor.
Then I have gathered all the nations, And caused them to go down unto the valley of Jehoshaphat, And I have been judged with them there, Concerning My people and Mine inheritance -- Israel, Whom they scattered among nations, And My land they have apportioned.
And He hath judged between many peoples, And given a decision to mighty nations afar off, They have beaten their swords to ploughshares, And their spears to pruning-hooks, Nation lifteth not up sword unto nation, Nor do they learn war any more.
You have knowledge that it was said in old times, You may not put to death; and, Whoever puts to death will be in danger of being judged:
But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother will be in danger of being judged; and he who says to his brother, Raca, will be in danger from the Sanhedrin; and whoever says, You foolish one, will be in danger of the hell of fire.
Judge not, that ye be not judged.
For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
The Son of man has come feasting, and they say, See, a lover of food and wine, a friend of tax-farmers and sinners! And wisdom is judged to be right by her works.
“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit bad; for the tree is recognized and judged by its fruit.
And I say to you that in the day when they are judged, men will have to give an account of every foolish word they have said.
For by your words will your righteousness be seen, and by your words you will be judged.
Who take away the property of widows, and before the eyes of men make long prayers; these will be judged more hardly.
And when you are taken and given up to be judged, do not be troubled about what to say: but whatever is given to you in that hour, say: because it is not you who say it, but the Holy Spirit.
He who has faith and is given baptism will get salvation; but he who has not faith will be judged.
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
For every tree is judged by its fruit. Men do not get figs from thorns, or grapes from blackberry plants.
But wisdom is judged to be right by all her children.
Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And he said unto him, Thou hast rightly judged.
He said to him, By the words of your mouth you will be judged, you bad servant. You had knowledge that I am a hard man, taking up what I have not put down and getting in grain where I have not put seed;
he who is believing in him is not judged, but he who is not believing hath been judged already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
This is the judgment [that is, the cause for indictment, the test by which people are judged, the basis for the sentence]: the Light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the Light, for their deeds were evil.
"Truly, I tell all of you emphatically, whoever hears what I say and believes in the one who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged, but has passed from death to life.
And they will come out; those who have done good, into the new life; and those who have done evil, to be judged.
Is a man judged by our law before it has given him a hearing and has knowledge of what he has done?
Now is this world to be judged: now will the ruler of this world be sent out.
And he, when he comes, will make the world conscious of sin, and of righteousness, and of being judged:
Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Then Pilate said to them, Take him yourselves and let him be judged by your law. But the Jews said to him, We have no right to put any man to death.

Then said Paul, I stand at Caesar's judgment seat, where I ought to be judged: to the Jews have I done no wrong, as thou very well knowest.
And because I doubted of such manner of questions, I asked him whether he would go to Jerusalem, and there be judged of these matters.
But when Paul made a request that he might be judged by Caesar, I gave orders for him to be kept till I might send him to Caesar.
But, in my opinion, there is no cause of death in him, and as he himself has made a request to be judged by Caesar, I have said that I would send him.
And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God unto our fathers:
why is it judged incredible with you, if God doth raise the dead?
For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
For it is not the hearers of the law who will be judged as having righteousness before God, but only the doers:
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner?
Now, we have knowledge that what the law says is for those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all men may be judged by God:
For no person will be justified [freed of guilt and declared righteous] in His sight by [trying to do] the works of the Law. For through the Law we become conscious of sin [and the recognition of sin directs us toward repentance, but provides no remedy for sin].
How, then, was it judged? when he had circumcision, or when he had it not? Not when he had it, but when he did not have it:
For this cause those who are in Christ Jesus will not be judged as sinners.
But you, why do you find fault with your brother? Or you, why do you look down upon your brother? We shall all stand before God to be judged;
The faith which you have, have it to yourself before God. Happy is the man who is not judged by that to which he gives approval.
But he who is in doubt is judged if he takes food, because he does it not in faith; and whatever is not of faith is sin.
Now the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him; and he cannot know them, because they are spiritually judged.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
Let us be judged as servants of Christ, and as those who are responsible for the secret things of God.
But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge not mine own self.
For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
Dare any one of you, having a matter with the other, go to be judged before the unrighteous, and not before the saints?
Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
If then there are questions to be judged in connection with the things of this life, why do you put them in the hands of those who have no position in the church?
but brother with brother doth go to be judged, and this before unbelievers!
But he who stands firm in his heart, having no need, but has authority over his own will, and has judged this in his heart to keep his own virginity, he does well.
Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience?
For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.
But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all:
But I have judged this with myself, not to come back to you in grief.
For we all have to come before Christ to be judged; so that every one of us may get his reward for the things done in the body, good or bad.
for the love of the Christ doth constrain us, having judged thus: that if one for all died, then the whole died,
that they may be judged -- all who did not believe the truth, but were well pleased in the unrighteousness.
I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has granted me [the needed] strength and made me able for this, because He considered me faithful and trustworthy, putting me into service [for this ministry],
And they are judged because they have been false to their first faith;
The sins of some men are clearly seen, going before them to be judged; but with others, their sins go after them.
They say that they have knowledge of God, while by their acts they are turning their backs on him; they are hated by all, hard-hearted, and judged to be without value for any good work.
Clearly he is in error and a sinner, being self-judged.
Indeed, just as people are destined to die once and after that to be judged,
But only a great fear of being judged, and of the fire of wrath which will be the destruction of the haters of God.
of how much worse punishment, think ye, shall he be judged worthy who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and esteemed the blood of the covenant, whereby he has been sanctified, common, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?
By faith Noah, being moved by the fear of God, made ready an ark for the salvation of his family, because God had given him news of things which were not seen at the time; and through it the world was judged by him, and he got for his heritage the righteousness which is by faith.
