'Lands' in the Bible

Their inward thought is that their houses will continue forever,And their dwelling places to all generations;They have named their lands after their own names [ignoring God].

Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.

He gave them the lands of the nations [of Canaan],So that they would possess the fruits of those peoples’ labor,

And that He would cast out their descendants among the nationsAnd scatter them in the lands [of the earth].

And gathered them from the lands,From the east and from the west,From the north and from the south.

He will execute judgment [in overwhelming punishment] among the nations;He will fill them with corpses,He will crush the chief men over a broad country.
