'Lifted' in the Bible

He hath not slandered by his tongue, He hath not done to his friend evil; And reproach he hath not lifted up Against his neighbour.

Who hath delivered me from mine enemies: yea, thou hast lifted me up above them that rose up against me; from the man of violence hast thou delivered me.

They are bent down and made low; but we have been lifted up.

The [mournful, inspired] oracle (a burden to be carried) concerning the Valley of Vision:What is the matter with you now, that you have all gone up to the housetops,

And Elam lifted up [the] quiver, with chariots [of] men [and] cavalry. And Kir uncovered [the] shield.
