'Loose' in the Bible

“I wish that it would please God to crush me,That He would let loose His hand and cut me off.

Who made [the constellations] the Bear, Orion, and the Pleiades,And the [vast starry] spaces of the south;

“He lets it loose under the whole heaven,And His lightning to the ends of the earth.

“Can you bind the chains of [the cluster of stars called] Pleiades,Or loose the cords of [the constellation] Orion?
