'Raised' in the Bible

and he said to his servants, "This is John the Baptist. He has been raised from the dead! And because of this, miraculous powers are at work in him."

For if the dead are not raised, then not even Christ has been raised.

Otherwise, what will those do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are not raised at all, then why are they baptized for them?

But someone will say, "How are the dead raised? With what kind of body will they come?"

it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.

in a moment, in the blinking of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

We do so because we know that the one who raised up Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus and will bring us with you into his presence.
