'Someone' in the Bible

for he is like someone calculating the cost in his mind. "Eat and drink," he says to you, but his heart is not with you;

You’ll be like someone sleeping out at seaor lying down on the top of a ship’s mast.

An archer who shoots at anyone is like someone who hires a fool or anyone who passes by.

For what happens to people also happens to animals a single event happens to them: just as someone dies, so does the other. In fact, they all breathe the same way, so that a human being has no superiority over an animal. All of this is pointless.

Better than both of them is someone who has not yet been born, because he hasn't experienced evil on earth.

Consider someone who is alone, having neither son nor brother. There is no end to all of his work, and he is never satisfied with wealth. "So for whom do I work," he asks, "and deprive myself of pleasure?" This, too, is pointless and a terrible tragedy.

If someone attacks one of them, the two of them together will resist. Furthermore, the tri-braided cord is not soon broken.

God gives a man riches, property, and wealth so that he lacks nothing that his heart desires, yet God does not enable him to enjoy the fruit of his labor -- instead, someone else enjoys it! This is fruitless and a grave misfortune.

How terrible it will be for the world due to its temptations to sin! Temptations to sin are bound to happen, but how terrible it will be for that person who causes someone to sin!

What do you think? If someone owns a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, will he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go look for the one that went astray?

And [when] he began to settle [them], someone was brought to him who owed ten thousand talents.
