'Swallow' in the Bible

You will make them as [if in] a blazing oven in the time of your anger;The Lord will swallow them up in His wrath,And the fire will devour them.

My enemies have trampled upon me all day long,For they are many who fight proudly against me.

He will send from heaven and save me;He calls to account him who tramples me down. Selah.God will send out His lovingkindness and His truth.

Do not let the floodwater overwhelm me,Nor the deep waters swallow me up,Nor the pit [of Sheol] shut its mouth over me.

The bird has found a house,And the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young—Even Your altars, O Lord of hosts,My King and my God.
