'Ties' in the Bible

He ties his donkey to a vine,and the colt of his donkey to the choice vine.He washes his clothes in wineand his robes in the blood of grapes.

He releases the bonds put on by kingsand fastens a belt around their waists.

How can someone enter a strong man’s house and steal his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can rob his house.
