'Trustworthy' in the Bible
God is faithful [He is reliable, trustworthy and ever true to His promise—He can be depended on], and through Him you were called into fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.
Now it is required of servant managers that each one should prove to be trustworthy.
For this reason I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, and he will remind you of my way of life in Christ [my conduct and my precepts for godly living], just as I teach everywhere in every church.
About virgins: I have no command from the Lord, but I do give an opinion as one who by the Lord’s mercy is trustworthy.
