'Beasts' in the Bible

All sheep and oxen,And also the beasts of the field,

But man in his pomp will not endure;He is like the beasts that perish.

Man in his pomp, yet without understanding,Is like the beasts that perish.

I shall offer to You burnt offerings of fat beasts,With the smoke of rams;I shall make an offering of bulls with male goats. Selah.

Rebuke the beasts in the reeds,The herd of bulls with the calves of the peoples,Trampling under foot the pieces of silver;He has scattered the peoples who delight in war.

They have given the dead bodies of Your servants for food to the birds of the heavens,The flesh of Your godly ones to the beasts of the earth.

You appoint darkness and it becomes night,In which all the beasts of the forest prowl about.
