'Blackness' in the Bible

It is a land of blackness like the deepest darkness,gloomy and chaotic,where even the light is like the darkness.”

That day is a day of wrath,a day of trouble and distress,a day of destruction and desolation,a day of darkness and gloom,a day of clouds and blackness,

wild waves of the sea, foaming up their shameful deeds; wandering stars for whom the blackness of darkness is reserved forever!
