'Condemn' in the Bible

Why does the wicked person condemn God, and say in his heart, "God won't call me into account?"

Yahweh will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.

They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
