'Confirm' in the Bible

You, O God, sent abroad plentiful rain;You confirmed Your inheritance when it was parched and weary.

And let the [gracious] favor of the Lord our God be on us;Confirm for us the work of our hands—Yes, confirm the work of our hands.

Establish Your word and confirm Your promise to Your servant,As that which produces [awe-inspired] reverence for You.
