'Decision' in the Bible

And He will delight in the fear of the Lord,And He will not judge by what His eyes see,Nor make a decision by what His ears hear;

“Give us advice, make a decision;Cast your shadow like night at high noon;Hide the outcasts, do not betray the fugitive.
