'Decree' in the Bible

I will declare the Lord’s decree:He said to Me, “You are My Son;today I have become Your Father.

and confirmed to Jacob as a decreeand to Israel as an everlasting covenant:

Give me life in accordance with Your faithful love,and I will obey the decree You have spoken.
