'Devour' in the Bible

Your land is desolate,your cities burned with fire;foreigners devour your fieldsbefore your very eyes—a desolation demolished by foreigners.

Then Assyria will fall,but not by human sword;a sword will devour him,but not one made by man.He will flee from the sword;his young men will be put to forced labor.

In truth, the Lord God will help Me;who will condemn Me?Indeed, all of them will wear out like a garment;a moth will devour them.

For the moth will devour them like a garment,and the worm will eat them like wool.But My righteousness will last forever,and My salvation for all generations.
