'Downpour' in the Bible

“For to the snow He says, ‘Fall on the earth,’And to the downpour and the rain, ‘Be strong.’

And the Lord will cause His voice of authority to be heard,And the descending of His arm to be seen in fierce anger,And in the flame of a consuming fireIn cloudburst, downpour and hailstones.

The mountains saw You and quaked;The downpour of waters swept by.The deep uttered forth its voice,It lifted high its hands.
