'Dry' in the Bible

A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah.O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly;My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You,In a dry and weary land where there is no water.

He turned the sea into dry land;They passed through the river on foot;There let us rejoice in Him!

You broke open springs and torrents;You dried up ever-flowing streams.

The sea is His, for it was He who made it,And His hands formed the dry land.

He opened the rock and water flowed out;It ran in the dry places like a river.

He changes a wilderness into a pool of waterAnd a dry land into springs of water;
