'Eight' in the Bible

The children of Judah that bore shield and spear were six thousand eight hundred, equipped for military service.

And of the children of Ephraim twenty thousand eight hundred, mighty men of valour, men of name in their fathers' houses.

And there were more head-men found of the sons of Eleazar than of the sons of Ithamar, and thus were they divided: of the sons of Eleazar there were sixteen heads of fathers' houses, and eight of the sons of Ithamar according to their fathers' houses.
