'Entreat' in the Bible

And God spoke thus: His seed shall be a sojourner in a strange land, and they shall enslave them and evil entreat them four hundred years;

insulted, we entreat: we are become as the offscouring of the world, the refuse of all, until now.

I entreat you therefore, be my imitators.

We are ambassadors therefore for Christ, God as it were beseeching by us, we entreat for Christ, Be reconciled to God.

But I myself, Paul, entreat you by the meekness and gentleness of the Christ, who, as to appearance, when present am mean among you, but absent am bold towards you;
