'Fully' in the Bible

I will declare your righteousness and your salvation every day, though I do not fully understand what the outcome will be.

Who can fully describe the mighty acts of the LORD or proclaim all his praises?

I praise you, because you are fearful and wondrous! Your work is wonderful, and I am fully aware of it.
