'Instructs' in the Bible

I will bless Yahweh who advises me; yes, [at] night my {innermost being} instructs me.

Good and right [is] Yahweh; therefore he instructs sinners in the way.

Will [the] one who instructs nations not rebuke, the one who teaches humankind knowledge?
