'Lambs' in the Bible

“What are your multiplied sacrifices to Me?”Says the Lord.“I have had enough of burnt offerings of ramsAnd the fat of fed cattle;And I take no pleasure in the blood of bulls, lambs or goats.

Then the lambs will graze as in their pasture,And strangers will eat in the waste places of the wealthy.

The sword of the Lord is filled with blood,It is sated with fat, with the blood of lambs and goats,With the fat of the kidneys of rams.For the Lord has a sacrifice in BozrahAnd a great slaughter in the land of Edom.

Like a shepherd He will tend His flock,In His arm He will gather the lambsAnd carry them in His bosom;He will gently lead the nursing ewes.
