'Lamp' in the Bible

For a command is a lamp, teaching is a light,and corrective discipline is the way to life.

The light of the righteous shines brightly,but the lamp of the wicked is put out.

Whoever curses his father or mother—his lamp will go out in deep darkness.

The Lord’s lamp sheds light on a person’s life,searching the innermost parts.

The lamp that guides the wicked—haughty eyes and an arrogant heart—is sin.

For the evil have no future;the lamp of the wicked will be put out.

She sees that her profits are good,and her lamp never goes out at night.
