'Loose' in the Bible

Its streams will be turned into pitch,And its loose earth into brimstone,And its land will become burning pitch.

Thus says the Lord to Cyrus His anointed,Whom I have taken by the right hand,To subdue nations before himAnd to loose the loins of kings;To open doors before him so that gates will not be shut:

Shake yourself from the dust, rise up,O captive Jerusalem;Loose yourself from the chains around your neck,O captive daughter of Zion.
