'Love' in the Bible

“Go and proclaim in the ears of Jerusalem, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord,“I remember concerning you the devotion of your youth,The love of your betrothals,Your following after Me in the wilderness,Through a land not sown.

“How well you prepare your wayTo seek love!Therefore even the wicked womenYou have taught your ways.

The prophets prophesy falsely,And the priests rule on their own authority;And My people love it so!But what will you do at the end of it?

The Lord appeared to him from afar, saying,“I have loved you with an everlasting love;Therefore I have drawn you with lovingkindness.
