'Malicious' in the Bible

"You are not to spread a false report, nor are you to join forces with the wicked to be a malicious witness.

When a malicious witness takes the stand against a man and accuses him,

Malicious mockers they gnashed their teeth against me.

Whoever practices evil pays attention to wicked speech, and the liar listens to malicious talk.

Then you'll call, and the LORD will answer; you'll cry for help, and he'll respond, "Here I am.' "If you do away with the yoke among you, and pointing fingers and malicious talk;
