'Marked' in the Bible

When He set for the sea its boundarySo that the water would not transgress His command,When He marked out the foundations of the earth;

Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand,And marked off the heavens by the span,And calculated the dust of the earth by the measure,And weighed the mountains in a balanceAnd the hills in a pair of scales?

For certain persons have crept in unnoticed, those who were long beforehand marked out for this condemnation, ungodly persons who turn the grace of our God into licentiousness and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.
