'Pair' in the Bible

Thus says the Lord,“For three transgressions of Israel and for fourI will not revoke its punishment,Because they sell the righteous for moneyAnd the needy for a pair of sandals.

So as to buy the helpless for moneyAnd the needy for a pair of sandals,And that we may sell the refuse of the wheat?”
