'Rebuild' in the Bible

“The bricks have fallen down,But we will rebuild with smooth stones;The sycamores have been cut down,But we will replace them with cedars.”

“Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins;You will raise up the age-old foundations;And you will be called the repairer of the breach,The restorer of the streets in which to dwell.

Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins,They will raise up the former devastations;And they will repair the ruined cities,The desolations of many generations.
