'Roast' in the Bible

Don't eat any of it raw or boiled in water. Instead, roast it over the fire, with its head, legs, and internal organs.

But even before they burned the fat, the servant of the priest would come and say to the person offering the sacrifice, "Give me meat to roast for the priest. He won't accept boiled meat from you, but only raw."

The lazy person does not roast what he has hunted, but diligence is one's most important possession.
